The Bastide Centifolia

Grasse is the perfume capital of the world and is situated mid way between the Mediterranean and the South Alps.
To the South, only 15 km away, is the city of Cannes with its yachts, fine-sand beaches and luxury shopping.
To the East, about a 30-minute drive away, is Nice , with its international airport, pebble beaches and the bustle of a busy city.
Turning inland from Grasse you have the mountains, lakes and canyons of the South Alps.

La Bastide Centifolia is located in a private rose-growing estate and consists of two new apartments :
"Les Roses de Mai" and " Les Roses de Provence".

Each apartment has an open-plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area including all the latest facilities.
There are two bedrooms, one double room (160x200) and one twin room (80x200),
two bathrooms, one bath and one shower, two toilets and a garage.

- School Holidays: 750 €/week
- High Season Juillet/Août : 850 €/week
- May/June/September : 750 €/week
- Winter Season : January/February/March/April/
October/November/December : 650 €/week
- Week End in High Saison du 01/04 au 30/09 : 300 €

- Week End off season 200 € (friday 6pm to sunday 6pm)
- Cleaning cost 50 €

Linen hire available.
Use of a private swimming pool is to be negotiated with the owner.

A deposit of 30% is payable to secure the booking (this deposit is not refundable if the cancellation is 2 months before the date of the reservation. The balance will be paid in full on arrival.
